We remodelled our 19th century stonehouse to create a modern and relaxing environment. The main floor has a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, living area with a SmartTV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, bathroom, and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The outside terrace connects to a deck with lounge chairs and a swimming pool (6.5 m x 2.5 m). By the pool there's a BBQ area in a small garden. The views from the terrace are gorgeous with hills, the town, and sea visible. In the summer it's best to eat outside, as a nice breeze picks up in the afternoon. There's a nearby grocery store and fruit/veggie stand if you like to do your cooking in the house. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, gym, sauna and a pull out sofa. This floor includes an enclosed patio as well. There is also a gallery loft space in the house as well, with a desk and two double beds. All interior spaces are air conditioned and the first floor has underfloor heating in the living/dining area. There is about 100 m2 of private garden and courtyard surrounding the house plus a private parking. Check out the floor plans in the photo gallery!

I'm a diving instructor, underwater photographer and web developer from Croatia. Ask me about all the outdoorsy things to do around the island! The town of Sutivan is lovely and easy to navigate by foot, though a car is recommended to explore the island and catch the ferries (the Split ferry is really easy and the Supetar ferry port is close). The house is located in peaceful surroundings but only a couple of minutes walking distance from the town center and a nice pebble beach. In town you can find a couple of restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets, a green market, post office, a souvenir shop. Here it's not hard to find a perfect balance of activity and relaxation. The house is a great base to go explore and come back to a quiet night. If you have kids, there is plenty for them to do between the playground, beach, and pool.
