Objekt se nalazi u prekrasno uređenoj kući sa privatnim parkiralištem i na dvije minute hoda od samog centra Grada Splita. Five elements luxury rooms je smješten u jednom od najljepših dijelova Grada Splita, uzvisini Gripe, koja je danas dio gradskog kotara Lučac - Manuš. Izuzetno miran i tih predio Splita, a udaljen samo dvije minute hoda od gradske buke i gužve.
Izuzetno profesionalno i stručno osoblje učiniti će Vaš boravak u Splitu još udobnijim.
Objekt se nalazi na predjelu, uzvisini Gripe, koja je danas dio gradskog kotara Lučac - Manuš, što je danas jedan od naj luksuznijih dijelova Grada Splita. Odmah do objekta nalazi se kulturno zaštičeni objekt Tvrđava Gripe. Tvrđava Gripe je novovjekovni fortifikacijski i obrambeni kompleks izgrađen u 17. stoljeću za obranu Splita od Turaka. Danas je u njoj smješten Hrvatski pomorski muzej i otvoren je za posjetitelje.
Na predjelu Gripe je i prirodno stanište paunova, prekrasnih ptica koje ćete sigurno vidjeti dok budete šetali ulicama Gripa, ili vozeći se autom do objekta.
