Located in the village Poljanak, 8km from Plitvice lakes, you will find the Cozy Bungalow Stipe. This is the perfect place for couples relaxation and a great view of the mountains. During the night you can hear in the distance noise of running water from waterfalls and on clear nights you can spot the milky way. Bungalow Stipe is fully equipped for all your needs. With a terrace looking at the hills in front, one bedroom, living room with kitchen, and one bathroom next door will feel like home to you and your family. Bungalow Stipe is a Croatian family-owned, studio apartment with the best views around. Your host will warmly welcome you and make sure you have an amazing and fulfilling stay. All your questions will be answered by the hosts that have been living there all their lives and know the tips and tricks for your perfect stay.
Young individual living in this area for more than 20 years. I have experience in tourism and communication related with guests. I have a license as a tour guide in National Park Plitvice lakes.
The most popular destination is for sure National Park Plitvice Lakes. Oldest and biggest National park in Croatia and protected under UNESCO since 1979. For any more information feel free to ask, as a tour guide I know quite a bit about the area. In the village next by, just 4 km away, there are many restaurants where you can eat after a long walk in the park. Restaurants Gurman and Degenija are recommended. Also in the same village, you can find 2 small markets, and for any bigger shopping, you can go to Plitvice Mall. The surroundings around the house are calm and quiet, bird noise is going to be the only one you will hear.
