Our family lives in the renovated stone three floors house with a basement. We live in the antique center of the town Split with a teenage son and two students - daughters and two Maltese dogs. We have one studio, on the top floor of the house which offers 1 sitting room/dorm with 2+1 pull-out sofas and possibility for another 2 person sleeping on extra beds. There is one bathroom, a kitchen with all equipment, a sitting area with a computer and a free wireless internet, a plasma TV with cable network, a dining room and a nice terrace with possibility of sleeping under the stars in the hot summer nights. There are three rooms on the second floor of the house with dou Our guests can expect welcome, warm and friendly environment and pleasant stay. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants with a large, varied and delicious dishes. There are many shops. Theatre, Diocletian's palace and main promenade along the sea are very close (10 minutes walk). Port, bus and railway station are close, 15 min walk. Airport is outside of the city, half of an hour by bus. Please note: Check-in from 14:00 - 22:00 Check- out by 11:00 Cancellation policy is 7 days in advance

Attractive offer, great price and discount for longer stay created just for you! In the center with ancient Diocletian's Palace and Traditional Croatian Food & Wine Restaurants with Great Atmosphere. Our rooms are located in the center of the city in only neighborhood with lot of stone, ancient houses and narrow streets. Marjan is amazing forest park with wonderful view of Split, the islands and the surroundings, magical sunrises and sunsets surrounded with natural rocky beaches. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. Suitable for couples, adventurers in pair and business people.
