Very nice apartment in the heart of the old part of Zadar. The apartment is located in a quiet building on the second floor. Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is air conditioning in every room. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.
