Villa Klaic is in a residential area with other villas as well as private homes nearby. Rooms at Villa Klaic are clean and homey with simple decor including white and modern floral bedding, lovely wood or tile floors and framed pictures on the walls. Some rooms have metal bed frames and all rooms have flat-screen TVs, refrigerators filled with juice, wine and bottled water, cofee mashines, safe deposit boxes and free Wi Fi. Some rooms have sea view furnished balconies. Bathrooms are tiled with corner showers and a toiletry kit is provided. The free breakfast at Villa earns good reviews from guests and it is served in a pretty room with panoranic floor-to-ceiling windows, glass topped wood tables and wood chairs with colorful cushions. Villa has covered, shady stone terrace with patio furniture under a large umbrella provides a spot where guests can relax and drink free beer on comfy lounge furniture. One of the highlights here is small outdoor sea view pool bordered by trees and stone walls with 6 lunge chairs for sunbathing.

Villa Klaic is in a residential area with other villas as well as private homes nearby. The stone steps leading up to the Villa Klaic may be a chellenge for some potential guests with mobility issues but hillside location offer the best sea view. It is steep 20 minute walk to the sights in Dubrovniks Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site with preserved city walls, churches and fountains dating back to the 13th century. The Dubrovnik airport is less than a half hour drive away.
