My name is Dea. I studied economy and management in tourism. My family works in tourism for 10 years and in 2016. we decided to renovate our house in a center of Split and make luxury accommodation with six rooms for our guests. We want them to have an experience of living in a historical street Radunica in a center of Split. My family is one of the first native families in Split and we are happy to offer our guests to explore the city of Split.

Property information

Balatura Split luxury rooms are situated only 400 metres from UNESCO protected Diocletian's Palace in a house that is more than 200 years old and which is completely renovated in 2016. Object is in an old historical street Radunica which gives special effect to our guests while being in Split. Luxury rooms have special designed hand made modern furniture and this is what makes them special and unique. Balatura Split has a private yard where our guests can enjoy themselves in a peace and relaxation while drinking a coffee or tea. Two of our six rooms have a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your stay in a privacy of a room.

Neighbourhood information

Our neigbourhood is called Lučac and the main street is Radunica, where Balatura Luxury Rooms are situated. Radunica is the main center street where old Split people started to come from Republic of Poljica. Radunica is very quiet historical street in the center of Split.In Radunica, you can feel old city Split and experience history. It is located only 200 metres from Green Market and 400 metres from Diocletian's Palace. Beach Bačvice is only 500 metres from the Balatura Split.
