Holiday house Staver consists of two apartments. It is located 900 m from the center of Porec. Each apartment can accommodate up to two people. The apartments are located on the ground floor, both have air conditioning and Wi-Fi. One apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and living room. The second consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom. The house is located east of the city center, and the area is characterized by numerous private houses and pine trees that protect from the summer heat in the summer months. An easy walk will take you to the beaches in just 10-15 minutes. Sports facilities are also nearby. In just a few minutes walk there are shopping malls where you can stock up on everything you need. The area is suitable for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city bustle, but still close to the city center and beaches.

Madonna del Monte is a part of the town of Porec, 800 away from the city center and the crowd. It is located east of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protects against extreme heat.
