Quiet street, the apartments have a direct view of the sea. Apartments are very spacious. Both apartments have a terrace. The apartment on the ground floor has a washing machine and the apartment on the first floor has a dishwasher Parking is in front of the house. 200 meters from the apartment is the port of Sveti Martin and the bay of Valdarke where you will find the nearest beaches. Market, restaurants and cafes are nearby. The city center can be reached by walking in 10 minutes
My husband and I are retired. I am in tourism for more than 30 years. We are very communicative person. I like swimming and walking. My husbend play tennis . We look forward to every our guest and we are available for 24 hours. As your host, I'll try to provide that your trip to Mali Losinj stays in best memory. Upon arrival guests receive all necessary information about our area, sights, events, restaurants, beaches, markets ....walkingpaths. I speak English, German and Italian.
Our house is located in the area of Zagazinjine. It is part of Mali Losinj where private houses are located . Several small bays with pebble beaches and beautiful pine forest favor families with smaller children. On the beach you can find restaurants, cafes and children's playgrounds. There is also the possibility of renting beach chairs, sunshades., bicycles and mopeds. Shops, bakeries, ATMs, hairdressers are located nearby. In the harbor of St. Martin you can buy fresh fish from local fishermen. You can reach the town center in 10 minutes walking The island of Losinj has a beautifully indented coastline, a beach for every taste, over 250 km of scenic walks, Osoršćica and Sveti Ivan Hill, and nearby islands that are recommended to visit. Although located near the 45th parallel, Lošinj has a very mild, Mediterranean climate thanks to its distance from the mainland and strong influence of the sea, keeping it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The island's climate is delightful because of long sunny hours, small temperature differences between day and night, and moderate winds. Lošinj is an incredibly green island, widely known for its centuries-old pine.
