he apartment offers a hydromassage jacuzzi for the use of its guests to which only they have access and which is located in a fenced outdoor area that provides guests with intimacy and a sense of relaxation.
Each room in the apartment (rooms and living room) has a separate air conditioner. The distance from Split Airport is 22 km, and from the Joker shopping center 800 meters.
Near the apartment there are a number of cafes Caffe bar Vrime is located 150 meters from the house, while in the offer of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity of about 800 meters you can find Baraka brew bar & eatery, and Plan B pub.
Pets are allowed. We offer the possibility of placing a cot with prior notice.

The neighborhood is quiet and intimate, but again located close to the city center and the Joker shopping center. In the neighborhood, guests can find a market that offers homemade fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, meat, etc.), various shops, cafes, restaurants and parks. Traffic connections are extremely good, bus lines run frequently and regularly, and the bus station is located near the apartment. Taxi transport can also be arranged very easily.
