Large and comfortable apartment on two floors with two balconies, two bathrooms, BBQ space and less then 80 meter from the beautiful beach with pristine water will provide our guests unforgettable vacation. On the first floor of the apartment is living room with comfortable expandable sofa, LCD TV with cable channels, kitchen which is fully equipped, toilette, balcony with sitting furniture. In front of the apartment is BBQ area with table and chairs. On the second floor of the apartment is two bedrooms, one bedroom has queen bed and second one is with two single beds, there is toilette with bathtub, as well stairs which leads to the second balcony where our guests can enjoy amazing view on the sea and the mainland. The lovely thing about the apartment is that at different parts of the house matter at different times of day. Breakfast on the balcony at the front, supper by the bbq in the garden area and a sundowner on the roof looking across to the lights of Split and the beautiful Dalmatian coast.
I was born in this little lovely town which has so much to offer. Historical monuments, beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, restaurants with delicious domestic food,, different kind of sports, water and recreational activities...all this motivated me to start to do rental business so I can provide tourists accommodation and chance to explore and felt in love with this town which is true pearl on Dalmatian coast which I consider still undiscovered. Highly motivated and truly in love with tourism business I saw potential in my town.
Apartment surrounding is peaceful, just within walking distance cca. 100 meter is nearest pebbly beach which is ideal for kids. Right next to the beach is also small caffe place where our guests can relax. Around 10-15 min walk is center of the town Sutivan where our guests can find all they need, from post office, shops, souvenir shops, restaurants etc. To explore this amazing island and discover its diversity the best would be if guests rent a car, so they can go from one part of the island to the other one, but if they prefer more relaxed vacation, spend more time on the beach, walk around, visit local restaurants, in that case car is not even needed as from the apartment everything is within walking distance. For active guests, there is so many options as well, from wind surfing, rent a bike, hiking, canoeing, snorkeling, etc.
