Grazioso is modern, newly renovated apartment, situated in typical Dubrovnik house from the beginning of 20th century and surrounded by garden with lot of flowers and fruit trees. House is located in quiet neighbourhood near the main bus station and Port of Dubrovnik with the view on Gruž bay and Lapad peninsula. The apartment is completely renovated in 2016. and has private entrance with parking space in front of the house. It is air conditioned and has free WI-FI and SAT TV. Apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen (it has dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle,...), two bedrooms, cozy and spacious living area and bathroom with shower. It is ideal for families, two couples or group of friends.

Quiet and safe residential area, just 2,5 km away from the Old town. The best way to reach Old Town and beautiful beaches is by public transport. Bus station is just 50 metres away from the apartment. Port of Dubrovnik where you can take local ferries for islands is only 5 minutes walking distance and the main bus station is 10 minutes away. Restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, banks, tourist office and agencies are in 200 metres range. You can take local, fresh food on nearby green and fish market.
