Comfortable apartment accommodation located on the ground floor of the estate for families up to eight people, which is ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a partial view of the sea a couple kilometers away. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the apartment, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch. Guests can enjoy the use of well-maintained garden with a pool (round pool 4m x 1,2m depth) and a basement with fireplace ideal for grilling. There are two parking spaces within the plot and the pleasant host/owner living with his family on the floor above App Fran (separated entrance behind the house) at your service. Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).
Normal persol who most of all loves my family. We live above the apartment with an separated entrance, and for most of our guests this situation comes out as an advantage as we are always ready to help in any way (informations of any kind like good restaurants, local food and so on, help with car trouble, beaches and so).
App Fran is in Puntera, near Barban. The surrounding of Puntera and Barban in general, has a rich historical record. After Histrians and Romans, Maximilian of Hapsburg hands over in year 1516 Barban and surrounding to Venice and was under Venetian rule this region long remained. Despite the Venetian spirit, here's a present and a strong Glagolitic tradition. Many frescoes with Glagolitic inscriptions and frescoes describing life Istrian peasant from the time when the Barban has been fortified village can be seen in the church of St. James and St. Anthony. No less interesting is the church of Sv. Trinity Puntera built in the 14th century . Today's Puntera countryside consists mainly of expansive green pastures, hills, forests, fields, meadows and caves. Puntera is located directly above the Rasa Bay, channel 12 km long and 1 km wide, into which the river Rasa (lat.Arsia) spills into the sea. This is the scenery of peaceful eastern Istria, which offers a wunderful view of the Kvarner islands. Although apparently a lonely village, Puntera is easy to find easily and quickly come from major Coratian cities. From Rijeka is shared by only 60km, from Zagreb 210km, 250km of Venice ecc.
