Every room is air-conditioned, and from the living room, a beautiful panoramic view of the sea awaits. A large smart LCD TV, optical Wi-Fi internet, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and many other small details make your stay even more pleasant. Come and see for yourself! My name is Katija and I'm 57 years old. I’m a happy and dynamic person who loves to spend some quality time with my husband Renzo enjoying long walks, good books, music, travel, sports .... We like to meet new people and new cultures, and always happy to help people because we believe that doing good always comes back. We live and work in Novigrad so we are always at your disposal, but also respecting your privacy. As real gourmands who enjoy various food, we believe that you will enjoy the variety of our local traditional Istrian cuisine.
Just a couple of minutes walk to the first supermarkets and bakery and just 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Novigrad downtown and seaside. The Aquapark Istralandia is a 5-minute drive (4 km) from the apartment.
