My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love it because of the coziness and the views. It is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Apartment is on the first floor of our family home and has a separate entrance and its own privacy. We live on the ground floor. Here you can spend quiet and relaxing holidays far from a tourist invasion only a stones throw from Pula, the cultural centre of the Istrian Peninsula. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. **We will provide you with essential amenities like oil, sugar, salt, coffee, tea .... so you don't have to buy it yourself. Air condition, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available in apartment. Bedrooms have access to charming private balcony and there is also private garden surrounded with green plants, equipped with garden furniture and parasol. Free private parking is available at a site. We can provide everything for barbecue at no cost. **Apartment is awarded with "Safe stay in Croatia" label according to the current recommendations of the WTTC.
Hi, I am Alen owner on two properties, one in Ližnjan and one in Premantura. Born in small town near Zagreb. I have strong interest in natural sciences and therefore earned master's degree in molecular biology. I have a wife and a kid. Currently I am working in primary schools as biology teacher. I moved to Istria and started to rent my proprety because I wanted to share to other people that feeling of living near the coats, crystal clear water and fresh air. I was atracted to this area because it is close to big city and yet far enough to have peace. And also there are many outdoor activities which you can do in your free time. Do you want to dive to a sunken scout cruiser, ride along 70 km of bike trails by the sea, go horseback riding through fragrant meadows with a view of the Kvarner islands or kitesurf in a bay of big waves? These are just some of the many activities that make the southeast of Istria an excellent choice for those who love untouched nature, sports and recreation. Cyclists, surfers, divers, lovers of horseback riding, kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking and many other sports and recreational activities will find here a peaceful green and blue oasis, free from the tourist hustle and bustle with many possibilities for active holidays. The beauty of untouched nature and the underwater makes the southeast of Istria one of the most attractive locations for diving and surfing, while cycling enthusiasts, as well as hikers, can enjoy its idyllic landscapes on numerous bike trails stretching along the shoreline. An impressive view of the Kvarner islands is complemented by holm oak forests, pastures and grasslands full of aromatic plants as well as the long rocky coast skirted by the crystal clear sea.
Neighborhood is really quiet with very little traffic. Nature is preserved and there are many places for you to walk, run or drive a bicycle. The hidden part of unpolluted sea and indented coastline with its rocks and gravel reveals the beauty of 28 km long unsettled coast. A picturesque little port tells us that we are in a place that has always lived upon the benefits of the sea. Taste some of the sea-food dishes and have a sip of Istrian wines Malvazija and Teran - and you will experience a tiny part of the local life.If you prefer diving through the sea depths, the underwater coast along Marlera and partially along the Kuja bay reveals one of the last meadows of flowering Voga. There is very little light in the background which is ideal for stargazing and meteor hunting for which we can provide telescope. During the summer, several bars including those on beach are opened. Only 2-3 km away from Ližnjan there is the tourist settlement of Medulin where, in summer, many events for amusement and pleasure take place, including two discotheques, lunapark, various colourful stands, aquagan and sim.
