Modern Holiday House Mar ***** is a small holiday house located on a beautiful location in the area of Portić, only 20m from the pebble beach. This Holiday House is perfect for beach holiday and has modern interior design. Modern Holiday House Mar is ideal for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 3 person (can be used a sofa in the living room as an extra bed). Within the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a living room with direct exit to the terrace. House is equipped with all the technical features you may need. WiFi is free of charge and includes an accommodation area as well as an outside area, air conditioning as well as a satellite TV are located in the living room and in the bedroom. It has a total of 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom and toilet.. Within the facility, there is a parking spot for the guests. Parking is secured by a pillar that opens with a key. Parking key will be placed in a key box along with the key for the property. The outside area has cozy little terrace for romantic outdoor evenings. If you have any special requirements, your host will be there to make sure your vacation is as comfortable as possible.
