The fine print
Please note that all prepayment is non refundable in case of early check out.
In compliance with government regulations, a mandatory inspection of electrical installations will take place on 3rd December 2025. As a result, the electricity supply to all guest rooms and public areas will be suspended from 9:30am to 11:30am. During this period, air-conditioning, lighting, internet access, lift services etc will be unavailable. Limited access to the service lift and partial emergency lighting will remain operational.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of HK$ 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
