This mansion is built in traditional Cycladic architecture, featuring high ceilings and curved roofs. It is designed into comfortable and luxurious suites, using carefully selected, eco-friendly materials. The property has been operating professionally since 2016.

Property information

The villa "Yposkafo" combines tradition, elegance, and comfort. It is located on the Caldera, at the most breathtaking spot on the island, just a stone’s throw from the famous and widely photographed "Three Bells" church of Fira, and only a 7-8 minute walk from the town center. It features a small semi-outdoor heated pool with panoramic views, king-size beds with brand-new orthopedic mattresses, and a spacious private terrace with endless views of the sea, the famous sunset, and the volcano.

Neighbourhood information

Our villa is located on Markou Nomikou Street, Caldera, in Firostefani. To reach the villa, first head to Agios Gerasimos Square in Firostefani. Please inform your driver to take you there (approximately 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the port by car). Near the square, you will find a free public parking area and a bus stop. From Agios Gerasimos Square, walk towards the Caldera (the sea view). Once you reach the front, turn left onto the famous cobblestone street, keeping the sea and the volcano on your right. Walk approximately 250-280 meters (about 4 minutes), passing by the following landmarks in order: Mama Thira restaurant Vallas Apartments The famous Catholic church "Three Bells of Fira" Gaby Apartments Shortly after Gaby Apartments, you will arrive at our property, "Yposkafo". Our house is white and grey (as shown in the photos) and has a sign that reads "Yposkafo" outside. To enter the villa: Go through the main entrance of "Yposkafo", a large grey wooden door. Climb 5-6 steps to reach the courtyard. The villa’s entrance is on the right, as indicated by the signs.
