Property information

Tsourlakis Residence covers 280 m2 and it’s divided in three levels, boasting six bedrooms and ample space for up to 15 guests. The whole Residence is very comfortable, airy and sunny all day long long with spacious rooms that allow you to make the most out of the beautiful, long summer days! Two adjoining interconnecting bedrooms are there to welcome you on the ground floor. There is an interconnecting door for the better convenience of bigger families, or as an alternative the two bedrooms can be used as individual and private bedrooms with their own separate entrances. The first bedroom boasts three single beds, as well as the other bedroom features two single beds, which could be joined to form a Kind Size bed, as well as one more single bed and offers direct access to the pool terrace. One more bedroom with a double bed (1,60x2) plus one single bed (0,90x2) are available on this floor. There are three remaining bedrooms of the residence, featuring two single beds each which can be joined to form a King Size bed. The Villa boasts three bathrooms and a WC. - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.


Neighbourhood information

Tsourlakis Residence is situated close to the village of Pigi, a beautiful village located 15 minutes away by car (10 km east) of the city of Rethymno. Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the village of Pigi, providing butcher, baker, grocery shop, pharmacy, Manos mini market, hairdresser, taverns and internet cafe. A gas station can be found at the neighbouring village of Loutra just 2 minutes away by car from the villa. Additionally a  long sandy beach can be found at a distance of 8 minutes with local bars & restaurants. Water sports are available in the summer months. However there are many beautiful beaches all over the island catering all needs - busy, secluded, whatever you are looking for, you won't have far to go.
