Theros Retreat asub Spartias. Kohapeal on päikeseterrassiga bassein ja aed. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja basseinile. Klimatsiase rand on 1,8 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla ja majutusasutus pakub tasulist lennujaamatransporti. Igas majutusruumis on konditsioneer, privaatne vannituba ning köök, kus on röster, külmkapp, kööginõud ja kõik muu vajalik. Majutusruumides on veekeetja, lameekraaniga televiisor, seif ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Mõnel toal on ka rõdu ja mõnel merevaade. Korterhotelli igas majutusruumis on voodipesu ja rätikud. Korterhotellis on autorent. Avithose nudistide rand ja Paliolinose rand on majutusasutusest Theros Retreat 2,1 km kaugusel. Lähim lennujaam on Kefaloniá lennujaam, mis jääb 7 km kaugusele.
