Nested among the forest Pine Maisonette is perfect for a family. Consists of 2 floors 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sandy beach is no more than 5 minutes walk from the door via an uphill walking path. From the modern furnishings to the large glass sliders that allow the outdoor views to be visible throughout the unit.

Neighbourhood information

This beautiful house is located in one of the nicest areas of Halkidiki, next to Kassandria. This location has it all, plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping, beach, boating, and more. While sitting on the terrace you will experience cool Mediterranean breezes you can enjoy a bbq and quality time with your family. Siviri is situated between Kassandria and Fourka. It is a seaside settlement, which lately has been well developed. The great taverns, the quiet and green environment characterizes the area. Along the seaside walkway, you can find traditional taverns and restaurants, pizzas, and beach bars. At Siviri’s square, you’ll find supermarkets, art shops, etc. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a bargain price you are at the right place.
