Nestled in the picturesque village of Oía, Saint John Villas Oía offers guests an unparalleled experience of luxury, serenity, and exclusivity. Our family-run property, inaugurated in May 2021, merges traditional Greek warmth with modern sophistication and craftsmanship.
Each of our opulently-appointed villas features a spacious living room, a plush main bedroom with a king-size bed, and a luxurious bathroom complete with premium amenities. The expansive terrace of each villa boasts a private heated pool, luxurious hammocks and inviting sun beds, creating the ideal ambiance for relaxation or indulgence.
Breakfast is served every day the time you wish at your private patio and consists of : Bread, Handmade Croissant, Savory Pie, Jam, Butter, Fruit Salad, Orange Juice and a list of 9 main courses to choose 1 per person.

The uphill path that leads to our haven adds a touch of adventure to your stay, suited for most guests, although some may find it a bit challenging. Our collaboration with a trusted car rental company grants our guests complimentary parking in Oia.
Set against the sublime backdrop of the glistening Aegean Sea, our villas offer stunning panoramas without compromising privacy. Here, you can bask in the beauty of nature, a world away from the caldera's crowds.

From the beginning of May until the end of August, guests can indulge in breathtaking sunset views directly from their villas.
