Baby and children’s equipment is something that sets us apart from others. Parents have at their disposal a cot with a mattress and bedding, a chair for feeding the baby, a bathtub and a bed for bathing, a stroller, a blender as well as dishes for preparing meals. For slightly older children, a children’s toilet board is provided, as well as a stopper for the sink. In our library, you can find books in Serbian, English, French, Italian, and Greek for all ages and tastes. We are animal lovers. Your pets are welcome and there is no charge for the service. Of course, we also have beds for them, food containers as well as welcome cookies!

Property information

Rouchotas Apartments are a complex of nine apartments with reception, on the second and third floor of a building with an elevator, overlooking the sea or the city. The apartments have balconies with mosquito nets, which are protected by awnings and equipped with balcony furniture. Wi-Fi connection, use of air conditioning, and safety box are free of charge. The kitchens are modernly equipped with Bosch ceramic hobs, ovens, and refrigerators. Also, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus strainer, and a filter coffee machine can be found in each apartment. Dishes, as well as complete utensils for preparing food, will allow you to prepare meals like at home. In the closets, you will find disposable tablecloths as well as a kitchen towel. Other electrical appliances are available on request. The location, the comfort, and our investment for our guests to be pleased make our apartments unique.

Neighbourhood information

Near our house, you can see the turtle species Carreta Carreta fed by fishermen. Right a few streets from it, you can visit The Corgialenios Museum where you can discover the unique past of our beautiful island.
