Live with style and comfort for days, weeks or months. Newly built 32 sq.m. studio in the city center, ideal for 2 people (there is a sofa bed for 2 more). We are sure you will love it because of the taste and attention to detail. Fully equipped with everything that you may need. Fast WiFi (500Mbps) and free parking lot in a private car park right next to the studio. It is just 3 minutes away by foot from the train station and the beach of Chalkis. -Bedroom It stands out from the rest of the space and has a comfortable double bed with an orthopedic mattress 150x200 cm and a TV. -Living room / kitchen 43-inch smart TV with active Netflix account (no need to have your own account). -Optical fiber - WiFi 500Mbps The sofa can be converted into a double bed if more people need to be accommodated (dimension 126x195 cm). -large refrigerator, oven, hob, espresso machine, french machine, electric kettle, toaster and of course all the necessary utensils if you decide to cook. -openable office to work comfortably on your laptop. -Bathroom Comfortable with shower (towels, head & body soap). Washer and dryer. There is free parking in a private car park next to the studio. There is a playpen available.
I am retired and I have a wonderful family with 2 children. I really like traveling. When I was younger we traveled a lot with the whole family. Unfortunately, then there was no Airbnb trend which I find awesome. Because now I do not have the opportunity to travel, I cover this pleasure by hosting and offering as much as I can to the people who come to my house.
On the one hand, the neighborhood is very quiet but at the same time it is next to everything. You can reach everything you need by foot in a few minutes. For example: -Train station 700 meters away -Chalkis Bridge and beach with cafes and restaurants 450 meters away -School of Infantry 300 meters -The commercial street of the city with the shops (called Avanton) 350 meter away -Super markets, butchers, fish shops in 2-4 minutes by foot
