Stay once, make memories for ever!
Newly built 32 sq.m. studio in the city center, ideal for 2 people (there is a sofa bed for 2 more). We are sure you will love it because of the taste and attention to detail. Fully equipped with everything that you may need. Fast WiFi (500Mbps) and free parking lot in a private car park right next to the studio. It is just 3 minutes away by foot from the train station and the beach of Chalkis.
-Double bed with anatomical mattress 160X200 of a branded company.
-43 inch smart TV with active Netflix account (no need to have your own account).
-WiFi with optical fiber 1000 Mbps
-Large fridge, oven, hobs, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and of course all the necessary utensils if you decide to cook.
-Opening desk to work comfortably on your laptop.
-Comfortable bathroom with shower (towels, head/body soap, hair dryer, press and much more).
-There is free parking in a private parking lot next to the studio.
-Washing machine, iron for clothes, ironing board and ironing board.
I love travelling. I love getting to know new places and cultures, local foods and customs, staying in other people's homes and getting valuable advice from locals. So I love the bnb trend and that's the main reason I made roomaki. I, in turn, want to offer my guests, in addition to a quality stay, a holiday experience with advice and suggestions for the wider area.
On the one hand, the neighborhood is very quiet but at the same time it is next to everything. You can reach everything you need by foot in a few minutes.

-Chalkis Bridge and beach with cafes and restaurants 450 meters away
-School of Infantry 300 meters
-The commercial street of the city with the shops (called Avanton) 350 meter away
