Stone built residence located a few meters from the well known Golden beach, and just a few kilometers from Piso Livadi and Drios. It is 82m2 in total divided into two levels, having a beautiful balcony offering a magnificent sea view and the island of Naxos. The villa is fully furnished and equipped, having a kitchen, a living room and 1 wc at the ground floor . Also at the lower level there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Note that one of the two double beds can be easily converted into two single beds. The Villa shares an extra large swimming pool.
Our stone built villa offers the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Paros. The house shares an extra large swimming pool in a complex of 7 houses and offers an amazing sea view. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Within walking distance you can enjoy the sandy beach of new Golden Beach. The Kallirroe Deluxe Villa is built on two levels. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with built sofas which is very modern and at the same time traditionally decorated leading to the front balcony and the swimming pool. At the same floor there is a nice cosy open plan kitchen and a very modern WC. The wooden ladder leads our guests to the lower level of the house which has 2 bedrooms with built twin beds and a traditional bathroom. Note that one of the two double beds can be easily converted into two single beds.
