I have the full management of all the vacation rentals that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. My aim is to help the homeowners to manage their vacation properties to their full advantage and guests to relax and have the finest holiday experience with 24/7 concierge service providing advice and information for all their concerns throughout their stay. Centrally located in Chania Town, the contemporary complex of JnV Luxury Villas allows you to enjoy the urban landscape and array of daily amenities that the new town offers, while being minutes away from the picturesque Old Town (800 meters on foot) and its Venetian port (1 Km on foot) with an impressive selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops, as well as the Nea Chora beach (,41 Km o foot). JnV Luxury Villas pose an excellent choice for the modern traveller who wishes to explore new cities, to meet the locals, taste the cuisine and visit with-seeigng monuments by avoiding the hustle and bustle of moving around at the same time. The lively town of Chania promises to give you a unique greek island experience, as it offers a lot of fun activities to try and beautiful corners to discover. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 2 euros per night from April to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

JnV Luxury Villas are located right in the heart of Chania town, just a short stroll away from the Old Town with its picturesque, narrow alleys, world renowned Venetian harbour and the immaculate lighthouse. Chania is a perfect town with several beautiful shops, bars and restaurants. Only minutes away on foot you can pay a visit to the archeological, maritime and folklore museums, the byzantine and Post-Byzantine Collection, the Synagogue, mosques, the Center of Mediterranean Architecture and the Venetian Arsenali. Other local hallmarks such as the church of Trimartyri and the Municipal Market of Chania are nearby, as well as the public stadium for those of you who do not want to miss out your regular workout. For those who don’t wish to rent a car during their holiday, Chania offer easy bus access to Rethymno and Heraklion from the main bus station, which is 5 minutes away on foot. The Villas are also within walking distance from the closest beach, Nea Chora, allowing you to go for a refreshing dip after spending a busy day exploring on the lively town.
