Beautiful, modern, quiet apartment in an elevated position in the area of Agii Theodori with fantastic view. The property is situated in the middle of the island providing a perfect base from which to explore all of Corfu. The house is very appropriate also for winter holidays, since central heating is provided. The space is designed for you to relax and is equipped for practical living. It features a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a nice double bed. The couch in the lounge room also converts into an additional double bed. There is also a washing machine for your convenience outside the apartment, as well as central heating if staying in the cold months of the year. The apartment has everything required for self-catering with a large fridge-freezer, hob and oven and all the pots and utensils you would expect. There are two air conditioning, one in each room. There is also plenty of space to relax inside or on the balcony area where you can also dine with amazing views over Corfu Island. Although I am born in Athens my heritage is from Corfu so I am lucky enough that I can live in both the capital of Greece and on such a beautiful island that I am connected to. I was drawn back to the island because of my love of the beach, nature and being surrounded by the hills and the fresh air. I most enjoy days where I can sit on my balcony and take in the lovely view of the open horizon and the olive groves beneath. I have also been lucky enough to travel and have seen many different places throughout the world.
The apartment is located in a high ridgeline, providing a peaceful oasis away from the crowded tourist areas. The elevated position provides a nice refreshing atmosphere from the heat.
