Next to the archeological site of Ancient Agora you will find our apartment. Your first contact with the property begins through a spacious garden filled with trees and beautiful flowers. A private path leads you to the outdoor staircase and up to the apartment. It is a one-story apartment of 50 m2, fully renovated and furnished (march 2024) to ensure an excellent quality stay for our guests. It combines comfort and style, boasting a prime location in the very central part of Pythagorio, with direct access to the main pedestrian walkway. This allows you to reach all the popular restaurants, tourist shops, and coffee bars within a 2-to-4-minute walkιng time. A stone's throw from the nearest beach (150m) . The house is in a privileged position, in terms of being located in perhaps the quietest neighborhood of Pythagoreion , where all the houses have their own large garden, which is rare in the rest of the village where the houses are literally on top of each other. The house can host a total of up to four (4) people (of which up to 2 adults and up to 2 children) [ 2 in the bedroom in a king size bed 160cmX200cm and 2 in the living room where there is a large 140X200cm and comfortable corner sofa that doubles as a bed for two persons ]. The interior and the furnishing was designed by a professional architect paying attention even to the last details and using only high quality materials, furnitures and appliances. Free public parking is available just 150 meters away.
The apartment combines comfort and style, boasting a prime location in the very central part of Pythagorio, with direct access to the main pedestrian walkway. This allows you to reach all the popular restaurants, tourist shops, and coffee bars within a 2-to-4-minute walk. The house is also close to other popular beaches (Potokaki beach, 500m) and the main archaeological sites of Pythagorio. The port of Pythagorio is just 400 meters away, providing the chance for one-day getaways to nearby islands
