All major sights can be reached on foot : Rustaveli avenue, Freedom square, Old Tbilisi , Narikala Fortress, Shardeni street, Botanical garden, etc. You can explore all sightseeing by walking! The apartment is newly renovated.It's situated on the second floor. There are two bedrooms.The apartment has balcony,private bathroom,smoking area.On the same floor gests can use the shared kitchen.
The district of Mtatsminda is known as one of the most historic area, situated next to Rustaveli avenue and Freedom square, location is perfect for exploring all tourist attractions by foot. You can reach Mtatsminda Plateau from home in 5-7 minutes and you can ride a cable car to the Funicular and enjoy great views, food and Mtatsminda Park all day. Rustaveli Theatre is 400 m from the apartment, and Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre are 501 m away.
