Workforce Property is a three bed mid terraced house in a quiet residential street with a large back garden. The property has gas central heating throughout provided by a combi boiler. The home is neutrally decorated and features free super fast WiFi, Sky TV, five comfortable single beds with USB charging available at each bed side table. The living room has comfortable couches and a dining area. The flooring on the ground floor is wood effect laminate. The stairs and bedrooms are all carpeted. The bathroom has tile effect vinyl flooring. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and all the pots, pans, utensils, mugs, glasses, crockery and cutlery you may need. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also provided. There are two sets of bath towels and hand towels provided per person. There is also a fold out drying rail in each room (tucked behind the wardrobe for out of the way storage) The property is within walking distance of the local shops and train station. The train station links both Edinburgh in the east and Glasgow in the west.
Shotts is a small village / town almost mid way between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Shotts itself does not have a lot in it. The real attraction is its location to amenities all within a short distance either by train or car. Livingston is the closest large town with the Livingston Designer Outlet (Livingston Designer Outlet is the largest outlet mall in Scotland, and opened in October 2000) The Centre ( Shopping mall with high street stores and fashion outlets) To the west (Glasgow side) Silverburn shopping mall The Fort Braehead Glasgow To the east is Edinburgh, no fancy malls just steeped in history. Backstreets full of surprises and of course the main shopping area Princess Street
