This is a bright and airy ground floor property. Fresh and clean with everything you should need for a short stay. This main door entrance property comprises a double bedroom, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen and bathroom with shower. We cater for those who are happy to share a double bed, young families (children under 5 years old), those with age related impairments or those living with a disability. *Please note this property is not wheelchair accessible. Please feel free to ask us about the additional provisions we have available to you, or to discuss your needs while staying at our property. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1x double bed and 1x travel cot as per the photos. Balbirnie hotel and Laurel bank within walking distance. There are lots of local walks including the pilgrims way, the fife coastal path and Balgonie Castle aka Eldridge Manor from Outlander and was the inspiration for the red wedding in Game of Thrones. All areas of fife are accessible within 30 minutes from the village. With only a 7 min walk to the train station, and direct links to Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth this is a great central location to explore central Perth by train or by car. Stirling and falkirk are also just 40 minutes by car.

Train station with links to Edinburgh Dundee and Perth only a 5 min walk away. Local village shops are also within walking distance. Several large supermarkets are 1 mile away. Laurel Bank pub and hotel at the end of the road for meals and beer garden. They also hold a pop up artisan market one saturday per month. Balbirnie house hotel 5 minute walk for wooden walks, and fine dining experiences. The village consists of 2 lovely coffee shops, 2 village shops, 2 take aways, 3 restaurants and more. No less than 5 hair and beauty salons all within a quarter of a mile - perfect for those staying for a local wedding. Pilgrim way also runs through this village steeped in history. Great location for golfing in and around Balbirnie, Leven, Cupar and St.Andrews to name but a few, all within 30 minutes drive of the property. Train station with links to Dundee, Edinburgh and Perth only a 5 minute walk. Free on street parking outside the property available. Regular buses running from the road end, for links throughout fife. Bus station in Glenrothes for links to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
