The Waters Edge is all about the outdoors. The semi detached bungalow benefits from a lovely secure garden which overlooks the Hayle Copperhouse Pool. At the far end of the patio / garden there is a little gate to access the pool for fishing or taking for example a canoe or SUP board out. Or you could just sit in the raised area and waste the day away taking in the wonderful view and watching the water go in and out of the tidal pool. The property has been recently renovated with a lovely modern kitchen and new appliances. There is a luxury Amtico flooring in the bathroom and kitchen and carpet in the living room and bedroom. The large bedroom has a king sized bed and there is a three-seater sofa bed in the living room if four people are to stay. The sofa bed turns into a standard double bed sized sleeping space. We are happy for you to use a travel cotbed if you are visiting with little ones. Although there is no dedicated parking there is always plenty of free street parking around the area (Baptist Hill and Commercial Road) and there is also a public car park just 100 metres away from the property (free in the evenings) and day rate is very reasonable. Hayle harbour which allows you to access 3 miles on Sandy beach is just a short 5 minute walk away so this is a perfect central location in Hayle to enjoy the town and the beaches by foot.
We have thoroughly enjoyed renovating this property into a lovely holiday home for you to enjoy the outdoors in this beautiful spot overlooking the Copperhouse Pool. We live in the town so if you have any questions we are available to help.
The Waters Edge is centrally located with a short walking distance to Hayle Harbour (0.4 miles) from where you can access the town beach and also St George's Walk, which you can also see from the garden. It's also of walking distance to Foundry Square where there are banks, supermarket, restaurants, pubs and a bar or two. The property is at the back of a row of terraced town houses and the Copperhouse Pool is literally at the bottom of the garden so please be aware that there are birds and other wildlife in the area.
