Located in the rural Vale of Glamorgan and close to Cardiff Wales Airport and The Heritage Coast. The Anchorage is a stone fronted two storey house, fully double glazed and central heated . It is decorated to a modern taste and has an open plan kitchen/living area. Kitchen area comprises of fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine A vast array of kitchen utensils an oversized island house the electric cooker and electric hob. There is an island overhead extractor which houses lighting to light up the area , the back of the island has 4 high bar chairs for sitting to eat. The living area has a cream leather corner electric reclining sofa with chaise lounge and a 40 inch flat screen tv , also a built in music system Bluetooth enabled. The first floor has a double bed and a double sofa bed .There is a 40 inch tv/dvd A shower wet room , toilet and sink are provided also Free fast wifi throughout Outside seating area and lawns The Tackleshed is a stone fronted 1 bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen/living area The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and includes washer/dryer microwave fridge freezer wine cooler dishwasher There is an island which houses the electric oven and gas hob. A downdraught extractor in fitted behind the hob. Seating is provided at the island( 2 tall stools) and there is also a dining table and four chairs. In the living area The settee converts to a double sofa bed and there is also a love seat. To make the place extra cosy there is a large log burner with extended internal flue and also a 60 inch flat screen smart tv Built in music system that you supports aux input Free fast wifi throughout outside seating area and lawns Families with children are most welcome but need supervising whilst playing in the garden as there are deep water fish ponds
The property is located in a securely gated rural village . There is a village pub right across the road which serves great homemade food and drinks. We are located 15 minutes from Cardiff City Centre and 5 minutes from Barry Island beach. Cardiff Wales airport is 10 minutes from us. There are relaxing country walks through the fields or lanes and the area is great for cycling as there are miles upon miles of country lanes. We are about 45 minutes from the Brecon Beacon mountain range.
