Company information

We are Dawn and Greg Simpson and have owned Upper Eyton Farmhouse since September 2016. We moved here from Shrewsbury because we fell in love with the house and the proximity of Lower Eyton and Coppy working farms combined with the peace of a rural location which made the perfect home for us. Since then it has been a labour of love restoring the building and its surroundings. We offer you a warm welcome and hope you enjoy your stay. Our website has more information.

Property information

Upper Eyton Farmhouse is an imposing 17th century grade 2 listed building. The top floor has been completely refurbished to create 4 high quality ensuite rooms with modern facilities whilst retaining the character of the building. To the West, the Welsh mountains and to the East is Shrewsbury, the Shropshire plains and in the distance The Wrekin. The adjacent farm has sheep and cows and all around us is arable farmland. Numerous species of birds are ever present. Breakfast is full of local produce and ranges from a full farmhouse English with GF, Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives. We have the top food hygiene rating (5) from the Food Standards Agency. If you are feeling energetic, we have a tennis court. If you want to chill out, there is a large furnished lawn. Our website has more information.
