1. Public Bus (The Public Bus is not free, charges apply) : Direct Access from Terminal 5 to Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5: From Terminal 5, follow the signs to ‘local buses’ and use bus 423 (I from Terminal 5). The hotel stop is called Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (J).
2. Via Heathrow POD automatic driverless electronic vehicles which transport customers between London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 and the Thistle Hotel in just 5 minutes. (Charges apply.)
Please note that interconnecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
Lorries, coaches, and trucks cannot be accommodated in the car park due to space restrictions.
For advance purchase rates, the card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival along with the appropriate ID.
If you are making a reservation on behalf of someone else, first and last name of the guest staying must be given at time of making the booking.
