The barn is annexed to a former farm cottage on the site of an old dairy farm. It is surrounded on all sides by fields and countryside walks with plenty of horses to say hello to. The property is made up of the following: Living room, with a large corner sofa, which transforms into a full size double bed for additional guests. There is a TV and DVD player. Dining room with a large dining suite that will seat 4 guests comfortably. You will also find a large selection of books, DVDs and games to enjoy during your visit. Bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and drawers for storage. Kitchen, with an electric oven and hob. Microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large wardrobe with hanging space and storage for luggage. Bathroom comprises of a bath and separate shower, w.c, sink and storage. Outside there is a private garden area and a private parking space.

Potterspury Lodge is a quiet rural hamlet in the Northamptonshire countryside. It is a former dairy farm with just a handful of houses a 17th century former hunting lodge and some old farm buildings. There is direct access to public footpaths and countryside walks. The barn is situated about half way along the Grafton Way footpath.
