Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance.
The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years.
Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments, and drinks are served from 17:30 to 19:00 in the Executive Lounge (this menu will change periodically).
For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit in case of any incidentals, GBP 50 per night up to GBP 250 total is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and will be released back to you.
