Property information

Newly renovated, the House is situated just next door to the cafe, shop and garden centre that we run in Glenbarr, a small village in Argyll. 15 minutes from Campbeltown and 45 minutes from Tarbert. It has 4 bedrooms, and 1 suite (The Hayloft) which are either en-suite or the shower room is just across the small hall from the bedroom. Originally an Inn in the 1800's the house has been a part of the village for a long time.

Neighbourhood information

Just a mile or so from the nearest beaches which offer some of the best views in the whole country. The new driving route the KINTYRE 66 is a popular way to discover our area by car or bike. A short hop to the Isle of Gigha, Islay, Jura, Arran and the Cowal Peninsula - all are easily within reach if you take a ferry ride. Windsurfing at the local beach, Westport is popular as are walks along the sandy beach, golfing at one of the many golf courses - Machrihanish is the best known and offers some of the best views is about 30 minutes drive from Glenbarr. The Kintyre Way is a popular choice for walkers along the spine of Kintyre and offers some of the finest scenery in Scotland.
