    What a jewel of a place in the Devonshire countryside. Kate was a great host, extremely friendly and makes a wonderful cake. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and the accommodation was exemplary. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

A spacious converted barn, with: * Fast Wifi, * Private off road parking * Log burner - logs supplied * Electric car charger * Large vaulted lounge, original beams * Fully fitted and equipped kitchen * Outside space with a BBQ. * TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Blue Ray player, DVDs provided. * King size master with en-suite, 2nd bedroom has 2 singles and/or double bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. * Smart TV in each bedroom. * 5 min walk to the local pub which does great food and tea rooms, 5 mins drive from Barnstaple
We live on site and we are here if you need anything but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your stay!
The property is surrounded by paddocks but easily found just 2 minutes drive from the A361. It is just a short walk to the village and the local pub which serves good food. We are 15 minutes drive from several beaches and the area has numerous attractions for families.
