    Exceptional breakfast- I do enjoy a proper Scottish breakfast! Great lounge area with view over Rothesay harbour- could watch the Paddle Steamer Waverley coming and going. Also great to make friends with Striven the resident Labrador.

Sunnyside House is a warm and friendly home, all rooms are on the ground floor, situated on sea front,five minutes from Rothesay centre and ferry, spectacular views overlooking Rothesay Bay, family run for 31 years, we offer clean comfortable rooms with hospitality trays, room 1 and 2 have ensuite, room 3 has private bathroom in hall. flatscreen tv, Garden patio on which to relax and watch the world go by, seating area inside with amazing sea views. Hearty Scottish breakfast to suit your pallette. Small and friendly, attention to detail and good knowledge of the island, things to do and places of interest. Relax and unwind in quiet location. Safety and sanitising onsite. Ideal base for exploring on foot or with bikes, 2mins from nearest bus stop.

Amazing island with lots to discover, walking, breathtaking scenery, horse riding, boat hire, fishing, putting, three golf courses, bicycle rental, Mount Stuart house, Rothesay Castle and Museum, St blanes, stunning unspoilt beaches, seals, shops, cafes and pubs all making you most welcome.
