The property has its own private entrance through the garden used only by our guests. We only offer one room, so there’s no interaction with other guests.
Self-contained bungalow set in a private garden in trendy Notting Hill. An oasis of calm, less than 5 mins walk to Portobello Road, tubes, Kensington Gardens and numerous restaurants and shops. No kitchen, but microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, Nespresso machine, coffee, tea and biscuits. The bungalow is a self-contained studio room with private bathroom. Guest have private access to the bungalow in the garden, via a locked gate, so total privacy when entering and exiting, and shared use of garden with the hosts. Numerous restaurants for all budgets, as close as 1 min walk.
PLEASE NOTE: Hosts have a very friendly small dog with free access to the garden - please reconsider your booking if you don't feel comfortable with dogs.
Harold is American by birth, and a singer. Tommy is Greek by birth, and a writer. We've both lived in London for over 30 years, and in the neighbourhood since 1999 and can give you any tips you want to explore it and the rest of London.
Notting Hill Gate is a vibrant, artistic neighbourhood, best know from the film, "Notting Hill" and for the Portobello Market. A 5min stroll away from The Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde park, the neighbourhood is also packed with restaurants, nightlife, and other attractions. The West End is a short trip on the tube or bus. All of London's tourist sites are within easy and fast access.
