Relax with my mother and I at this peaceful cottage-style detached home in the heart of Newington. Our two-storey, three-bedroom family home is located in a residential private community with a sprawling, well-maintained grassland, a beautifully manicured private garden, and a tennis court, all available for use by our guests. Our home—known as the Lodge House—consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. It also has its own front garden (featuring a small waterfall), a small back garden, and a private driveway to park your car. Guests are welcome to use all parts of the house excluding the two other bedrooms.
Vibrant and leafy, this residential area is a 20 minutes walk from Edinburgh Royal Mile. The Victorian architecture and the many independent restaurants and boutiques give Newington a charming and relaxing feel, without all the tourists piling down like in the city center.
