Enjoy a unique stylish luxury spacious experience at my centrally-located house with a hot tub. It's a 2-bedroom house with an open plan bedroom (king size bed) bathroom & sitting area on the first floor & open plan living room/kitchen space downstairs with the second bedroom with en-suite shower room also on the ground floor separate toilet room. Totally renovated in October 2022, we now have added a Hot-tub which has 1 lounger plus 4 seated spaces, features include 60 jets, a fountain, led lights & Bluetooth speakers. An additional charge applies per stay at the property for the use of the hot tub, hundred pounds per stay. the property is equipped with everything one needs on a break. property is within a mile of Birmingham city centre & just outside the clean air zone. In a quiet grove with free parking outside and shops ( groceries, pharmacy, off-license & takeaway within a few minute's walking distances) all travel amenities in walking distance and a mile away from the spaghetti junction so easy access to the place or anywhere you want to travel to. Visiting Birmingham for business or pleasure it’s the ideal place. p.s Security & Damages deposit is taken, two hundred pounds on or before arrival & is returned within 48hrs of departure
Hi, I've decided to put my property on the market so customers can enjoy a genuine luxury place near the heart of the city centre with all facilities normally not provided by properties. it's like staying at home away from home with everything provided for you to enjoy your stay. just bring yourself & some clothes & a toothbrush, you'll find everything else you need at the property. we have the latest 4k TVs with access to disney+, Netflix & other apps on both TVs, free wifi, and Bluetooth speakers on the hot tub so you can enjoy music whilst outside. The 1st-floor bathroom has a 2-person bathtub for couples to enjoy together. if you need our help with anything we can be contacted by phone or WhatsApp or via the ring doorbell most of the time. 2 numbers will be provided.
The property is located in a cul-de-sac which is nice and quiet. All neighbors are nice & friendly, please be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise down during the quiet time. Local shops (takeaway, convenience store & chemist) 350ft away 100m away you have Sam&Harry’s Fastfood Tel:- 3267755, Postoffice, grocery store & off license 900ft away you have star city ( Cinema, tenpin bowling, mini golf, gaming center, loads of restaurants & takeaways) 1.5m away is Birmingham city centre Birmingham has plenty to offer everyone The property is outside the clean air zone if your driving down you can park up and hop on a bus if you are heading into the city centre and be there in minutes.
