Property information

The Cottage is one of two identical stunning semi detached retreats, newly constructed from Littledown farm's outbuildings. The beautifully presented interior is light and modern with natural stone flooring and stylish décor throughout. There is an open plan living space with dining area and a fully equipped, fitted kitchen. The comfortable bedroom has king size bed with Hypnos mattress and there is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guest. The modern shower room has a large walk in shower. Every window looks out onto far reaching views and outside there is a large terrace and garden to also soak up the panoramic view and the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside from. This cottage is a true gem, the perfect base to relax in and from which to explore all that beautiful Bath and beyond has to offer. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
