Our recently refurbished 3 bedroom home is only 1.6 miles, a short 4 minute drive, from the Water Orton HS2 construction sites, making it perfect for contractors to use as a home away from home. We are perfectly situated for the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport which is only a 4 mile, 10 minute drive away. Here you can enjoy dining, live entertainment and convenience for travelling. We are in a peaceful, residential setting with 2 allocated parking spaces and local amenities.
