We do not accept bookings from trade/workmen also DO NOT accept bookings for stags or hens. MINIMUM THREE NIGHT STAY. Our lovely holiday home is in an elevated spot within the golf village, its a quiet area where you can sit taking in your surroundings and watching the world go by. Its a five minute walk to the swimming centre, restaurant/bar and entertainment and activities which are all on site. The Holiday Home sleeps 6 people comfortably. It comprises of one double bedroom which has its own en-suite toilet and wash basin. There are two further good sized twin rooms with ample storage and hanging space. All three bedrooms have easy access to a large modern shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. The holiday home has all the mod cons to ensure a wonderful getaway, Flat screen TV in lounge and master bedroom, wifi, lounge fire, central heating, Gas cooker, tea and coffee making facilities, a separate Bosch Tassimo My Way coffee Machine and a washing machine. The kitchen as well as having gas cooker and tea and coffee facilities also has large fridge freezer, cutlery, glasses and plates. We also have a foldable cot and high chair for the little ones. Please let us know if required as these are stored in the storage area at the back of the holiday home. On the terrace there is a lovely seating area and bistro set as well as BBQ for your use. Family games and DVD's are also available for you to use. There is a large private parking space directly outside the holiday home as well as a couple of guest parking spaces behind the holiday home.
All bedlinen and hand towels are supplied. All we ask is that you bring your own shower/bath towel and toiletries.
ALL activities, swimming, bingo, archery, bicycle hire etc are additional charge and can be booked via the seton sands website. PLEASE NOTE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES, THESE CAN BE PURCHASED FROM HAVEN. CHECK IN IS FROM 3PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10AM .
We thoroughly enjoy spending time with our family at our lovely holiday home, its just idyllic. Our wee grand daughter loves it there especially swimming in the swimming pool and building sand castles on the beach. We enjoy going for walks along the beach and walking into Port Seton. The area has so much to offer and is within easy reach of Edinburgh.
