The rental price is inclusive of water, electricity, gas, council tax, TV licence, unlimited Wi-Fi Internet, regular cleaning, and changes of linen. There is paid parking is available in the area. The apartment offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a balcony, private bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries.
