The Bungalow is a lovely Cotswold Stone detached cottage with a private gated driveway nestling in it's own garden of approximately 1/4 acre with plenty of room for parking. A new oak framed King Size bed was installed in April 2022 The cottage is fully centrally heated but also has a new wood burning stove for snuggling up on those winter evenings. There is superfast WiFi so you are welcome to sign into your own Netflix etc. on the smart TV or stream music from your phone to the bluetooth enabled Hifi. The well equipped kitchen contains dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board, double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, toaster, kettle, cafetiere etc. The shower room contains a thermostatically controlled shower, basin and WC. (Please note the property does not contain a bath). During the warmer months, the conservatory is a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast or relax in the evening with views of the garden. The garden has various seating areas and a BBQ is provided for the summer months. The cottage has everything a couple could need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the Cotswolds near Cirencester.

Together with my husband Brian we completely renovated "The Bungalow" in 2019 bringing it to a high modern standard whilst retaining its characterful charm. We have aimed to provide a luxurious spacious accommodation with a cosy atmosphere to give our guests a comfortable base to explore the Cotswolds. We will normally meet you on arrival. You will have exclusive access to the property during your stay. Situated in the hamlet of Perrotts Brook, in the Churn valley about 2.5 miles North of Cirencester, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A perfect location for exploring the many beautiful Cotswold towns and villages. With good road links to many Cotswold attractions. Cirencester, Bibury, Cheltenham, Bourton-on-the-Water, Blockley, Chedworth, Fairford, Lechlade, Minchinhampton, Stow-on-the-Wold, Stroud, Tetbury, Winchcombe etc. Walkers will enjoy the many public footpaths and quiet lanes to be explored straight from the door. The Monarchs Way is close-by. Why not visit the source of the river Thames, the official one near Kemble; or the unofficial one, with water at Seven Springs. Cirencester Golf Club is only half a mile away. The lovely village of Bagendon (1 mile) with its quaint 12c church. Cerney House gardens with bothy cafe (1 mile). Cotswold water park with 180 lakes spread over 42 square miles (South Cerney, about 6 miles) offers numerous leisure water activities including bicycle hire, fishing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding etc. Bus stop nearby with hourly service to Cheltenham, Cirencester and Swindon (Stagecoach service No 51).
