Little Limetree is exactly that , a cosy little retreat, small but perfectly formed in the heart of Moffat with access off quiet side street to a self contained annex adjacent to a private home. Competitively priced against other guest accommodation in the immediate area, as meals not included. Ideal for one or two nights. Longer if happy to cozy up together.
Enjoy this perfect location for taking in the local riverside walks, Grey Mares Tail beauty spot , St Mary’s Loch and beautiful hills scenery. Enjoy the stunning views with a round of golf at Moffat Golf Club or a game of tennis at Moffat Tennis Club. Also check what’s on at Oldwell Theatre too !
Recently refurbished with new fully fitted walk in shower room, king size bed , sumptuously soft carpet and Egyptian cotton sheets. Double glazed , central heating , blackout curtains, Wi-Fi and refreshment tray inclusive of tea, coffee and water.
Running parallel to the main Moffat High Street, within one minute you can sample the delights of Moffat’s many restaurants, bars and cafes. Indulge shopping the gorgeous antique shops and The Moffat Mill which are ideal to pick up souvenirs and unique gifts.

Moved as a family to Moffat two years ago for a calmer way of living than city life had been. We created Little Limetree, so that people could experience the beautiful scenery and hospitality of the local area and enjoy exploring surrounding beauty spots. Cosy, clean and convenient.
